Hi Friends,
This year seems to be moving quickly as January came and went much too
quickly. In California, Spring officially begins in March, but I feel
it's already here, with our current warm sunny days and tepid nights.
I wanted to announce a few events I will be participating in for early
2026.
The first event is a new show hosted by the California Art Club at the
beautiful Casa Romantica, in San Clemente, CA. Opening March 19 and
continuing through to May24. Forty invited artists will be exhibiting
work at the historic 1927 Spanish Colonial, former home known as Casa
Romantica. The grounds have an interesting history, with beautiful
gardens overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Below is a link for this show
highlighting the many events associated with it. A reception is planned
for Thursday, March 19 from 5-7pm

Beginning March 20- April 30, 2026 -I will be the featured Artist at
Roger's Gardens in Newport Beach, where I will be presenting a new body
of work that focuses on the local South Coast area.
A reception is planned for Thursday March 26, 2026 4-6 pm. I would love

Then, June 14 kicks off the California Art Club 115th Annual Gold Medal
at the the Hilbert Museum of California Art. The Gold Medal is an
annual event that showcases around 200 paintings and sculptures
representing today's finest works by renowned and up-and-coming
artists. The dates for the Gold Medal Exhibit are June 14-September
13,2026. This is really a beautiful show... don't miss it.
